Fabric Requirements
(1) 18” roll of faux leather/vinyl, Non directional fabric is recommended  
1/3 yard of 54” WOF cotton woven lining
 
 
Interfacing/Stabilizer
1 yard 20” WOF woven interfacing, like SF101
2/3 yards of 17” WOF Decovil light
1 yards of 17” WOF Decovil Heavy
25” x 9” piece of fusible fleece (If quilting your front/back exterior)
 
Hardware
(2) 3/4” D-Rings
(2-6) Medium (8mm) Rivets
20” of #5 continuous zipper tape  (cut into 9” & 11” pieces)
(2) #5 Zipper Pulls
(1) Zipper end
(2) 3/4” Swivel Clasps (Omit if using a strap chain)
3/4” Strap Slider (Omit if using a strap chain)
3/4” Strap Ends (Omit if using a strap chain) (You can also choose to edge coat raw ends of straps)
44”- 47” strap chain (Omit if making your own strap)
Piping Cord, 5/32” (Optional), cut into 2 pieces 20.5” long
Metal Purse Handles (Optional), those shown in the tutorial are approximately  4.8”W x 3.43”H

SKILL LEVEL
The Marella Crossbody is categorized as an intermediate bag pattern and recommended for sewists who have some familiarity with bag making patterns. There is a full video sew along included with the pattern for visual learners and those who prefer a little more detail about sewing bags.
 
** This bag can be sewn on any sewing machine that is capable of sewing vinyl. Fabric/Vinyl choices will influence the difficulty of sewing.**
